Desta is our first blend, which is a mix of sundried processed coffee from Jthe Jimma region and wet washed processed coffee from the Sidama region. It has a sweet intense aroma with chocolate notes from Jimma combined with crisp acidity and citrus notes from Sidama, giving it a very smooth finish.
Nehi -
Nehi is washed processed coffee from the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia. It has crisp acidity and citrus notes.
Aynu -
Aynu is washed processed coffee from the Limu region in southern Ethiopia. It has a sweet and round taste with a hint of watermelon.
Worke
Worke is washed processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia. It has a floral aroma, smooth-bodied and sweet, bright flavors with pronounced lemon notes.
